In 2018, during a hiking trip, two friends named David and Andrew, who were passionate about outdoor adventures, faced difficulties finding suitable shoelaces and insoles. They realized that most shoelaces and insoles on the market were designed with a one-size-fits-all approach, which didn't cater to the specific needs of different shoe brands. This led to frequent discomfort during their journey, negatively impacting their overall experience.

Upon returning to the city, David and Andrew decided to address this issue by founding the Endoto brand. The name Endoto comes from the Greek words "endon" and "totòs," meaning "inside" and "complete" respectively. The brand aims to provide a comprehensive solution that enhances the comfort and enjoyment of wearing shoes from the inside out.

In the early stages, the Endoto team conducted in-depth research on the structure and functions of various shoes to better cater to consumers' needs for shoelaces and insoles. When designing shoelaces, they emphasized personalization and fashion sense while balancing practicality, providing exclusive shoelaces for different shoe brands.
